Ronald M. Mann, M.D., Medical Director and Owner of Catalina Dermatology, has over two decades of experience as a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and a dermatologist. Dr. Mann is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, with subspecialty certification in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Mann has been practicing in Tucson, Arizona since August 2003.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine, Dr. Mann completed his internship at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He fulfilled a residency in dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and thereafter completed a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.

In addition to being board-certified, Dr. Mann is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.  He is a member of the Arizona Medical Association, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Contact Dermatitis Society, and Pima County Medical Society.

Dr. Mann established his private practice in 2004. He is married to Rebecca Mann, who is his practice manager. They have two grown daughters. Dr. Mann enjoys golf and traveling.

Troy Gustaveson is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 2016. He grew up in Northern Arizona and started his professional career in engineering, making medical devices. He quickly realized he would rather work directly with patients and returned to school to pursue a second career. Troy graduated with his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Northern Arizona University in 2016. He then spent 6.5 years working in endocrinology before achieving his long-term goal of entering the field of dermatology. He is interested in all aspects of medical dermatology, particularly the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. Outside of the office, Troy enjoys the company of his wife and spunky pup and spends his free time hiking and cooking.
